Practical Information

We accepted many presentations (more than what was first expected, but this is due to the quality of the proposals) the program is quite dense and we had to shorten the time devoted to each presentation. Yet, we did not want to cut too much in the time and we decided to allocate 30 minutes to each speaker (20 minutes of presentation and 10 minutes of questions and discussion).

Of course, for each presentation you will find at your disposal here in Strasbourg a beamer and a computer. To facilitate the transition between each presentation, we ask you to send us your slides a couple of days before the workshop so that they are already on our computer before the presentation.

Similarly, it is important that you send us a draft (even if preliminary) of the paper you will present so that we can circulate it among the participants. We also envisage selecting papers for a collective book and we are in contact with several publishers to that end. So please, when you send your paper tell us whether or not you are interested in joining such a collective book (fill the individual form ).

February 25th in the evening a dinner in a typical Alsacian restaurant is scheduled. We need to know at least approximately the number of persons who will attend this dinner. So please, when you send your paper, tell us whether or not you will be with us for the dinner (of course the dinner is offered by the organizers!)

Please note that the workshop will start early on Thursday morning so that for some of you coming from far away, it may be better or necessary to arrive on Wednesday evening. For those of you who will decide to arrive on Wednesday evening, let us know so that we can arrange an informal dinner.

Note also that the workshop will end early on Friday afternoon so that all of you will be able to leave Strasbourg in the late afternoon or evening. Yet, for those of you who would decide to stay a couple of days more, you must know that Strasbourg is a lovely city and Alsace a lovely region and that it may be worth spending a weekend to visit. Let us know if you need some touristic advice.

The venue of the workshop will be the PEGE (Pole Europeen d?Economie et de Gestion). PEGE is very easy to reach from Strasbourg city center and Strasbourg train station.
